Installation: three10 Meeting Room
The purpose of internal and external meetings is to present results, discuss them professionally and collaborate across locations.
To achieve this, the building technology should be easy to operate, all external sources should be brought to the screens quickly and, if possible, wirelessly, and predefined setups should allow meetings to be started across locations with a single click.
Due to the very different and often short-term use of meeting rooms, the solution must be able to be operated without external services. The following requirements are derived from this: User-friendliness, flexibility and cost efficiency.
Predefined scenarios (e.g. presentation/collaboration/cross-site scenario) should be able to be started very easily via a tablet.
The automatic integration of live sources (e.g. PowerPoint via HDMI) into the holistic design of the room should immediately give presenters a feeling of security and provide meeting participants with a professional environment.
Full focus is on high-quality and effective meeting execution, i.e. creativity and efficiency up, complexity down.
The scenarios desired by the customer can be easily controlled by predefined experiences at the touch of a button via a tablet (X-Creator). Room controls such as lighting, audio, fragrance lights, etc. can also be easily controlled via the three10 X user interface.
Meeting participants connect their laptops as usual via HDMI cable, or wireless (AirPlay, Chromecast, Clickshare) with the system and are automatically integrated into a high-quality CI bed.
Depending on the application, three10 X can be expanded at will with our range of modules to solve future requirements quickly and cost-effectively.
