The aim is to combine history, innovation and vision into an immersive experience.
However, the premises must be changeable on an ad hoc basis so that the world of experience can also be used for internal and external events.
The key requirements are a mix of flexibility, modularity and usability.
All digital assets (images, videos, PDF files), live sources (e.g. PowerPoint via HDMI) and streams (e.g. cameras) should be able to be displayed and controlled across rooms, at any time and without in-depth technical knowledge.
Further, these digital assets should be linked in combination with smart building functions (video START, audio ON, lights OFF) to create an absolutely high-quality, customized customer experience.
Maintenance of the Customer Experience Center must be very easy and possible regardless of location.
The entire experience (digital assets + live sources + camera streams + lighting + audio) can be easily controlled via a tablet (X-Creator).
The cross-room digital asset management enables an individual, immersive customer experience by allowing all content and sources to be combined flexibly and arbitrarily on all screens and, in combination with smart building functions, to be saved in slides.
In addition to the initial purpose, the rooms can also be used for live events, interviews and keynotes via a very simple user interface (one button each for “Presentation”, “Event”, “Idle”) at the push of a button.
