Customer requirements

In a lounge environment, all digital assets are to be presented flexibly and in real time on a high-resolution LED wall, as well as on side screens and projections.

It must be possible to operate the entire installation live via a simple control system.

Digital experiences – consisting of films, audio, presentations, as well as web content, office files and special applications (e.g. 3D UNITY, Unreal, VRED) – are to be launched via QR code.

To dive deeply into topics, VR glasses that can be used flexibly in the room are to be integrated into the presentation process.

AV / IT requirements

The high technical complexity of the requirements must not be visually perceptible to the user.

A MUST is the intuitive configuration of media and building technology via ONE tablet.

The VR applications & presentations with up to 6 simultaneously usable HMDs (VR clients) with precision tracking system for free use in the room must start at the push of a button, and/or QR code.

A redundancy concept for highest security during the presentations is mandatory, as well as the installation must be quickly maintainable.

Solution with three10 X

All digital assets and media systems (CRESTRON, IHSE, etc.) are centrally controlled via the three10 X user interface.

Freely designable experiences (combination of digital assets, media systems, room controls, VR applications, etc.) including real-time preview and redundancy concept enable digital experiences of the highest quality.

All created Experiences can be started at any time and very easily by scanning a QR code.

Thus, three10 X enables automated shows with individual flow and flexible media playback in an immersive presentation environment – simple, smart.
